My Bad?
I wrote my first book when I was 49 years old.
My whole life Iโve loved books and dreamed of being a published author. But that little devilish voice I hear inside my head, told me I wasnโt good enough.
Itโs the voice of that bully teacher who called me a โbad writerโ in high school.
I still hear that little voice every time I sit down to write...
But I will NOT let it stop me.
According to publishing experts (and Google AI), 80% of people want to write a book โ but only 3% actually do.
My late sister Natalie was one of them. She really wanted to write a book but never got the chance.
As my friend Pauline Longdon said โ when I shared our story with her on a Zoom call โ Natalie had a message.
I have no idea what that message was or what she wanted to share with the world.
What I do know, is that itโs a book I would LOVE to have read.
Natalie is such a big part of my โwhy.โ
Why I became a writer and left behind a successful career as a Realtor. Why I wrote my first book and so many other ones too.
Itโs also why Iโm finally doing something so cool that I canโt believe Iโm just telling you about it now...

I am putting together a book collaboration!
